Data Deletion Request

You can ask Chintamani Appliances to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, free of charge. This page explains how.

How to request deletion

Send us a deletion request using either method below:

• Email: [email protected] with the subject “Delete my data”.
• WhatsApp or call: message us on WhatsApp or call +91 89714 49995.

Please include the name and phone number you used with us so we can find and verify your records.

What we delete

• Your contact details (name, phone number) and any enquiry or quotation notes.
• Your WhatsApp conversation records and marketing opt-in status held by us.
• Any chatbot messages linked to you.

How long it takes

We will action verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may need to keep limited information where the law requires it (for example, tax or accounting records); we will tell you if that applies.

Please note

• Messages you send on WhatsApp are also processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their own policies. Deleting data with us does not delete it from your own WhatsApp account or from Meta’s systems — manage that in WhatsApp or via Meta.
• Your website “interest list” and comparison selections are stored only in your browser — you can clear them yourself by clearing your browser’s site data.
