1. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to answer your enquiries and serve you:

  • When you request a quotation or contact us: your name, phone number, any message or note you write, and the products you are interested in.
  • When you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, and the content and time of your messages. This is handled through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta.
  • When you use the website assistant (chatbot): the messages you type. We also store a one-way hashed (anonymised) form of your IP address purely to prevent abuse and limit spam — we cannot recover your real IP from it.
  • Stored only on your own device: your “interest list” and product comparison selections are saved in your browser’s local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us unless you submit a quotation.

We do not take online payments, and we do not collect card, bank or other financial details through this website.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiries and give you a price quotation.
  • To arrange delivery, installation, demos and after-sales or warranty support.
  • To provide customer service and answer questions on WhatsApp or by phone.

3. WhatsApp & Meta

We communicate with customers using the WhatsApp Business Platform. When you message us, your messages are processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms and privacy policy. We send promotional or template messages only to customers who have consented, and you can stop them at any time by replying “STOP” or telling us.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed:

  • Meta Platforms — for WhatsApp messaging.
  • Supabase — secure database hosting for enquiries and messages.
  • Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.
  • Sarvam AI — powers the website assistant that answers your questions.
  • Google — the map embed on our contact/store pages.
  • Authorities or advisors, where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep your information only for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see our Data Deletion page.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including limiting who can access it and storing IP addresses only in hashed form. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
